What were the children's toys that had mini dogs in a dog show?

I'm 22 now, and had a bunch of these about 12-14 years ago. They were little plastic dogs that came with an informational, collector's card, they ea. had names, birthdates, etc. And I also had a podium stand for that had 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place...and I think I also had a mother collie with little pups.

Anyone recall what these were called?
