For anyone who has had a premature baby...?

Just wondering if you could tell me your signs and symptoms and how long you had them before you had your baby? I am 32 weeks and have had diarrhoea for nearly 48 hours and have been losing my mucous plug for 24 hours. Been to dr today and have been told that i am dilating and effacing.

Could you also let me know if your baby's needed alot of medical intervention on his/her arrival

your baby should be ok,but it's lungs are still undeveloped,but you need to be at the hospital so they can either stop your labor or keep a close eye on you and your baby.
