A few caesarean section questions :)?

Don't worry I'm not pregnant and not planning on being for a long while (I'm 14)
But I'm pretty scared with the prospect of childbirth and was thinking that when I'm older, to have a caesarean section. Don't crit!...

soo...

1) If you go into labour can you still have one?
2) Are the marks permanent or do they fade with time/if you use biooil?
3) What are the risks?

If you're in labor you cant get one, the marks are permanent i have one to prove it. I don't know the risks there may not be any.
