...pregnant again is this dangerouse\? i had a premature baby 7months ago due to the umblicord being twisted, i am 3 months pregnant again and im scared. will i have complications? Should i be worried? iknw i will have a c-section again.Help!
i knew the cord was twisted because the whole day i couldnt feel the baby kick or move at all that day. i went to hospital that night and the baby heart rate was dropping so i had 2 have an emergency c-section. The dr. told me it was due to the cord being twisted, it was cutting the baby oxygen.. If i would of not gone to hospital i would of lost my baby.. Good thing i kept track of the kicks it's very important! (my baby was very active in there) sorry about the spelling.

Relax, every pregnancy is different. With my mam's first pregnancy they induced her because of something wrong with the cord and was worried it might happen again but everything was fine when she was pregnant with me and my other sister.

hi i had a full term baby then fell pregnant again at 15 weeks when she was born at 25 weeks gestation (very premmy) and still in hospital i fell pregnant again when she was still in hospital. the doctor told me that i could lose him if i did not stay in the hospital and also said it was dangerouse to have the all so close without a break i did go on to have him but he was also born at 25 weeks gestastion.

Realistically, your body has not had a lot of time to recover before you got pregnant again . . . but that does not mean you should worry. Worrying is not going to help.

I would find a good doctor, make sure they are aware of your full medical history, eat right, take your vitamins and take it day by day. Make sure that you are comfortable with your doctor and feel free to call them if anything does not feel right.

I'm no help, I'm sorry. But I was wondering if you could be a help. How did you know the umbilical cord was twisted? Did you have any symptoms telling you something was wrong?

no.......i was born at 35 weeks,my mother had pre-ecplampsia (or however you spell it.....) when she was pregnant with me, then a couple of weeks after i was born my mother got pregnant with my brother, and she had a natural birth with both me and my brother...so in a way, you're much more safe than my mother was, and, 16 nearly 17 years on, me and my brother are fine, and so is our mother..she apparently had a problem-free labor when she had my brother.

I honestly wouldnt worry about it. I just had a baby 2 and a half months ago and me and my fiancée were talking about having another one over the next 2 or 3 months. Believe it or not there are actually quite a few women that get pregnant that soon after having a baby.
