There is a surgery to take care of her droopy labias. A lot of women have that problem and have never given birth to children.
If your friend had done her kegal's, her vagina would not be so stretched out.
Childbirth is the most natural thing a woman's body can undertake, and no, it is not destroying it.
If you have a severe phobia of childbirth, you could consider an elective c-section. Which is a little silly considering how much harder it is to get over than vaginal childbirth. But I really think that the more you think about having a sweet baby to hold and how normal and natural childbirth is, the less you will worry about flappy vagina lips and all that other junk.
